At Laguna Rhythm Dance Studio, we understand that
every person learns differently, at different rates and has different goals.
Some may want to compete, and aspire to be on "Dancing With the Stars" one day;
while others want to socialize, meet new people or just get away from
their every day stress. At LRDS, we respect that we each have different goals
and that's why we offer so many options. It's easy to find the one that works
for you.
We teach all of today's most popular dances including Salsa,
Swing, ChaCha, Hustle, Waltz, Argentine Tango, and West Coast Swing. We also
teach competitive styles of dance, including American Rhythm and American
Smooth.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are the core of our teaching
methods and they
are the very best way to learn to dance. They offer
the most individualized instruction and flexibility for your schedule, with
day and evening appointments available. You learn the dances you
want to learn at your own pace. You'll benefit from special one-on-one
attention and develop a dance style that suits your personality.
Do you have a deadline to meet, like a wedding,
quinceanera or another special event? With private lessons you can achieve
"your" goals. We also offer Private Rooms (at an additional cost) if you
truly desire privacy or wish to have your own music at all times.
Whether you would like to be able to dance more comfortably
with your partner, instructor, or a variety of partners, private lessons
cater to your personal dance goals and learning style.

Group Classes
Group classes are fun for everyone. Looking
to meet new people? Want a quick crash course in any particular dance?
Want to learn to lead or follow all your moves with others? Then Group
Classes will be great for you. Group Lessons are designed
for you to practice steps in a variety of dances you may have worked on in
your private lessons. Most students supplement their private lessons with
group lessons as their schedule and dance level allow. While your private
lessons are usually focused on several main dances, group lessons focus on
just one dance at a time, but expose you to a wider variety of dances that
you may later choose as “majors” or “minors.” They also provide a chance to
develop lead and follow skills, as we rotate partners throughout the
lesson. Students actively taking private lessons may attend unlimited
studio group classes each week to try new dances and meet new people. These
classes may cover a lot more dance steps a lot more quickly than private
lessons and they move at the speed of the class. Great social atmosphere
for everyone.

First Dances
Everyone wants their wedding day to be extra special and what
could be better than starting your life together with a wonderful dance to your
song?
Our professional staff at LRDS can help you make your dream
become a reality by choreographing your wedding dance or helping you and your
wedding party learn to dance for your reception. Whether you choose to learn
alone or in a group, we have the perfect plan for you.
Try a Private Lesson with your partner for
FREE. You can use it to learn a couple of steps for your reception, or bring
in a recording of "your song" to learn the dance.

Master & Specialty Classes
Laguna Rhythm Dance Studio offers Monthly
workshops and Master classes with guest instructors from all over the
world. We bring you quality instructors who specialize in their own style
of dance so that you, too, can learn from some of the best dancers and
instructors in the world. Calendar coming soon.
Specialty classes are offered weekly to target
different aspects and techniques of dance. Whether it be an Intermediate or
Advanced class in a particular style of dance, yoga or strength and toning
classes, we've got the variety you've been searching for.

Dance Parties
Dance Parties provide a fun opportunity to practice what
you’ve learned in your private and group lessons in a setting similar to a
wedding reception or a night on the town. Dance Parties are Free to all current
Laguna Rhythm students and for everyone else they're only $15 per
person or $20 per couple. A Group Lesson is included with your admission to
our Dance Parties. We offer 2 dance parties a month on the 1st
& 3rd Wednesday of every month!

Monthly Dance Socials
Monthly Dance Socials cater to only one style of dance. We
currently offer Swing and Salsa Socials and they offer the opportunity to
practice one particular dance style in a very social atmosphere. Pricing varies
depending on each social. A Group Class is also included featuring a Guest
Instructor. Come and dance the night away with OC's hottest DJ's.
Laguna Rhythm Students receive discount admission to all dance
socials.

Studio Rental Services
We understand that coming in to dance today can
be a hard decision. At LRDS we offer a true private setting with our 3 Private
Rooms available for rent. You don't have to share music and of course, you
still get your instructor's individual attention during your private lesson.
The private rooms are also available to rent so that you can practice on your
own time. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.
